A friend of mine recently sent me a news report about a guy who has developed a car that can run on water. Of course, we’ve all heard these types of reports over the years, but this video is definitely one worth watching and sharing with your friends and relatives.

It will make you think twice about bio-fuels, gasoline and other alternative fuel sources when God’s given us a renewable, clean energy source that is in massive abundance without having to pay $3.00 a gallon to drive down the road.

Hey Cool Car Fans,

Check out this “Cool Car Shot” of the new 2006 Ford GT. Some people are skeptical about an exclusive sportscar manufactured by Ford Motor Company that would sell for over $165,000, but Ford introduced this supercar in 2005 and planned on only making about 1,500 a year based on a race car concept.

This amazing powerhouse was designed based on the public’s response to the resurrection of the record-setting winner of four consecutive Le Mans 24-Hour races in the 1960s making the Ford GT a street legal race car. There is only one model, one engine and one transmission to choose from, which makes it pretty easy for a purchaser, except for the price of course.

As you can see from the photo’s, the Ford GT is a two-door, two-seat and modified version of the cool racecar that won Le Mans. The engine is a high-tech, supercharged, midship-mounted, 5.4-liter V8 550hp with 500 pound-feet of torque. It comes with a six-speed manual transaxle.

The Ford GT is a special vehicle that can go in excess of 200 mph and can run on the highway or the racetrack. It’s been called the “utlimate Ford” since it can outperform other sports cars like the Porsche, Ferrari, and Lamborghini.

The Ford GT is not a vehicle for the fuel conscious driver since it gets about 13 miles per gallon in the city and around 21 miles per gallon on the highway, but who cares about gas mileage in a race car?

The Ford GT is just as cool on the inside, with race car looking leather seats, as it is on the outside. For 2006 Ford brought about a special color limited edition Tungsten Grey (that you can see here) to commemorate the 1966 victory at LeMans. For an extra charge (approximately $5,000), this vehicle also included the colored racing stripes painted on the hood, roof, rear hatch, decklid, and along the side of the body.

This $166,000 ride gets my vote as an Extremely Cool Car.

This vehicle came equipped with a Remote 6 Disc CD Changer, Power Seat Package, Bi-Xenon Headlamp Package, A Bose Surround Sound System, Porsche Floor Mats, Heated Front Seats, Self-Dim Mirros & Rain Sensor, Rear Control Consol (Which you can see in the photo matches the Exterior Color), a Rear Luggage Partition, Automatic Climate Control and The Preferred Package. It’s pretty loaded!

The inside feels like a race car with the leather seats that contour to your body and the German engineering that went into this car is second to none. If you like to drive, this is the vehicle!

In addition, this baby was equipped with the unique Porsche Sport Chrono Package, which is very cool in that it lets the vehicle be modified electronicallly for higher performance on the race track. Plus, the new owner, who we will call “Dr. H”, went for the 19″ Carrerra S Wheels with the Wheel Caps that have the Porsche colored crest.

There are limited quantities at the dealerships and in some parts of the country they are selling for above MSRP. The Porsche Cayman S Coupe is definitely one of my favorite sports cars and according to Motor Trend Magazine it’s a contender for replacing it’s cousin the Porsche 911.
